Stellantis and Mistral AI, will strengthen their collaboration for integrate artificial intelligence in many aspects of design, production and customer interaction. The two companies they have been working together for over a year on AI-based projects spanning vehicle engineering, fleet data analytics, internal automotive sales, and manufacturing.


Thanks to Mistral AI’s expertise in large language models (LLM), Stellantis can rapidly process massive amounts of data, improving production quality, reducing development times and optimizing customer experience.

The assistant will act as a voice user manual, providing immediate answers on vehicle features, warning indicators and solutions to common problems.

The aim is to ensure anatural and fluid interaction, improving driving comfort and user satisfaction. The system will be upgradeable and adaptable to different brands and models of Stellantis, ensuring a personalized and consistent experience.

  • “Club Stellantis” Virtual Assistant: a chatbot designed to support employees in the purchasing procedures of company vehicles, with multilingual capabilities for future European expansion

  • Anomaly detection in production: advanced edge computing models enable real-time identification of errors in production processes, enabling immediate corrective actions and improving quality control efficiency
